Okay,,,I got this problem with Resident Evil Remake and Resident Evil Zero..
I have 30 FPS and everything it seems is moving ok except that character is moving in some kinda semi slow motion, that means , he is moving really slow...
And believe me its not fast as it should be , i watched movies on youtube and i am right.. And i know what is button for running :p

yo tambien tengo el mismo problema, pero hize la prueba de la siguiente manera, el disco 2 o el que vas a cambiar no tiene que estar en la carpeta donde estan tus isos, y intenta otra vez con emulation /change disc
