Trying to download the latest SVN build ( W32 ) using http://www.dolphin-emu.com/downloads.php...load_id=63 doesn't work. It yields the following eror:

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/script/d/dl32.php on this server.

It worked prior so this is a new problem.

just had a look, happens to me too (using xp 32bit with firefox) but you could always download from Nevada or Lannyboy if your looking for the latest build
