build 699, tested with EFB to RAM @ 4xIR:

FZGX:
* The resolution of the vehicles is much lower compared to r697. Lots of aliasing and crappy textures. Looks like the resolution scaling is broken in this build
* ~7% slower in the vehicle selection screen compared to r697
* Player images are missing in Practice / GP mode

NSMBW:
* 12% slower in World 2-2 (the one with the heatwave effect and sunrays, an extremely demanding level) compared to r697. Everything else runs about 10% faster in the latest build.
* The EFB to Texture bug (corrupt textures in the underground levels / World 1-2) is still not fixed

Thanks for the tips, kirbypuff. I have fixed the two NSMBW points and the player images. I did not find any resolution issues in F-Zero GX. I will test the build and if it works, commit them into the branch.

'Accurate Texture Cache' must be enabled (set it to 'Fast' or 'Normal').

3.0-703:

* FZGX: 'Select Machine' screen with EFB to Texture took a huge performance hit (from ~70 fps down to 18 fps).

* TLS: The low poly character issue with EFB to RAM @ 1xIR is fixed.
