well i been trying to download some of the newer version of dolphin like 3.0-645 but when i try to open it with winrar it says "the archive is either in unkown format or damged i been trying to get a newer version because my 3.0 is acting very slow with legend of zelda twilight princess um this r my computer settings i use puush to take a pic of it

Have you tried extracting them with 7zip? I haven't used WinRAR for years, so I don't know if it can even handle 7z files.
Just downloaded 3.0 645 64 bit, extracted with both winrar and 7zip without issues, which means the problem is from your end, try 7 zip as tomkun says
