i have core 2 duo 2.13 p7450
and ati radeon hd 4600
i tried w12 and the top i could get is 50%
can i get more or that the top speed i can get

i didnt find any min specs for runnig all games at full speed and i mentioned a specified game w12 can i run it at full speed???

Most games aren't going to run well with that cpu.
