The bottom one has the best GPU, then it's the top one. Both of these GPUs will handle 4x IR and usually some AA.
The PC's slmpika has listed above are way better than anything you've brought up the table.
And yes, the GPU's inside those PC's should handle x4 Internal Resolution easily.

Out of those options, I would pick this.
Since all those computer are Intel i5 3570, 500Gb on the Hard Driver is enough, 4Gb of Memory RAM are enough and I don't care too much about the graphic (my currently pc can't emulate IR more than 1x). The only thing that I care is the Motherboard to do the Overclock. So I'm thinking to buy the cheapest one (http://www.ebay.it/itm/Gamer-PC-Intel-Core-i5-3570K-Ivy-Bridge-16GB-DDR3-2GB-GTX550Ti-USB3-0-/380430785762?pt=DE_Technik_Computer_Peripherieger%C3%A4te_PC_Systeme&hash=item5893711ce2#ht_6110wt_1110). Is its motherboard ok for overclocking?

According with this guide ( http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/motherboards/2011/10/11/gigabyte-ga-z68ap-d3-review/1 ) the motherboard is quite good for overclocking so if anybody have anything to say I think that it could be closed. Thanks to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!HeartBig GrinHeart
