Well, I've been playing games 100% fine for about two weeks now. All of a sudden, about two days ago, my emulator started lagging EVERY game I play. I'm not talking small lag here, either. I'm talking HORRIBLE lag. I haven't changed any of my initial settings..
I've checked my PC temps, and I know my hardware is good enough to run it. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Specs are as follows -
Operating System: Windows 7
Processor/CPU: Intel Core I5 760 @3.4GHZ
Video Card/GPU: Nvidia GTX 560Ti
Memory/RAM: 4 Gigs Corsair DDR3
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: Dolphin 3.0-635-dirty 32bit

GPU Temp never goes above 45 Celsius, CPU Temp never goes over 50. No other games on my PC are lagging at all.. if anything was overheating, that would be causing lag/crashes in other PC games.
Also, what were those "initial settings?" Furthermore, what games are you playing?
At any rate, if it's not your temps, it sounds like your shader cache. Try deleting everything in User\Cache, or something like that. It's never been an issue for me, so I've never had to delete it, but it doesn't hurt to try it in your case.
I'm not too "Dolphin Savvy", so I don't know what settings are the important ones to post. I left pretty much everything at default, only thing I changed was resolution (to my monitor's native), which is 1680x1050 fullscreen. I just deleted my cache and that didn't do anything.
I'm playing Twilight Princess, Smash Bros Melee and Brawl, Tales of Symphonia, and Wind Waker.
EDIT: I just tried playing a game without it being maximized, and it didn't lag at all. My only question is why would it suddenly start lagging maximized after working with 0 lag for nearly two weeks? >.>
I've got another small problem as well. On my Smash Bros Brawl, my C-Stick stops working after a use or two. There any way to fix that?
annnnd once again, even with it now NOT maximized, my game has started lagging. FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
One more thing to add to this is that when it's lagging, at the top of my Dolphin window, it's still saying my FPS and VPS are 60, and my speed is at 100%.. any ideas? :S
Dolphin settings? Maybe you messed up something.

If the internal resolution has been set to Auto or something higher than 1x (Native), check that you do not also have EFB to RAM selected. If you do, this can make your game lag when the window is maximised or full-screen. The Internal Resolution setting is found under the graphics enhancements tab and EFB to RAM is found under the hacks tab.
These are my settings. EFB to RAM was selected.

Did it. Thanks

lol
How did that possibly start causing sudden lag? >.>
