Looks like that headset model is so old that it's not listed anywhere on the logitech website.
If you want cheap: I would advise you get yourself a decent usb headset.
If you want good: High quality standalone mic (usb, 3.5mm, or 6.5mm) + high quality headphones (3.5mm or 6.5mm) + high quality stereo audio card

You won't be able to get a good set of headphones for that let alone speakers and an audio card. For that amount of money get a cheap $60 usb headset (unless there is a particular reason that you need 3.5mm) and forget the audio card.
