Say $200 is my budget?

It should do 4x Internal Resolution , no AA , 16x AF

Overclocking will gain better speed but Acer motherboard can't oc , you need a new motheboard for that . This mobo use DDR3 Ram , DDR2 Ram won't work on it
Overclocking require aftermarket cooler , aftermarket thermal compound (Arctic Cooling MX-4)

Edit : What's PSU (Power Supply) btw . If your PSU is under 400W , the new GPU won't have enough power to run
...220 psu =(
See thing is, this comp is as is from factory.
How about those combo :
Cooler Master 80 plus 450w (45$)
MSI 6670 (75$) for 3x Internal Res (1080p)
You could spend more for overclocking :
_Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT Ultra Durable Mobo (53$)
_4Gb of Ram : Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1300Mhz (24$) (I assume you're using DDR2 Ram)
_Arctic MX-4 thermal compound (10$)
With this set up , you'll be able to overclock to 3.6Ghz on stock cooler or buy aftermarket cooler then overclock higher
Thank you very much, I will look forward to building such a wondrous machine with the products you have recommended.
