Your laptop cpu and gpu are both fine. Even an ivy bridge cpu running at 4.8GHz couldn't get more than a 100% speed increase over your cpu, and that's as fast as you can get right now so I don't know what dannzen is talking about.

Any suggestion for speeding up framerate in Sonic Adventure DX?
Reducing the texture cache accuracy (slide it to the right) might help a bit, but that's pretty much it from what I can see. By the way your gpu should be able to handle 3x IR pretty easily.
