Nothing guys :S, i have changed the config as you suggested and nothing happens

Did you try another revision of Dolphin, for example the official 3.0 release?

Have you pressed and held down the TAB key as Dannzen suggested?
If you do gain more FPS, something is limiting it. If you don't, your CPU is probably the reason why.
Check your temperatures with RealTemp, it's quite possible that your CPU is throttling due to the temperatures.
Make sure you run RealTemp and have it open while you play the game for a bit.
Give us your maximum temperatures.
