i just tried the latest GIT, the problem is still there 
oh well, thanks for all your help, i guess ill just have to live with it.
im sort of torn as to weather i should live with the glitches for the speed or weather i should play using Dx11 and put up with the fps drop.
this is probably the strangest problem ive ever come across.
