Is netplay still working and supported? Any new features or guides that are up to date?

Please use the forum search or Google before making a new thread. Asking if Netplay is still supported is a "yes" or "no" kinda question, one that searching can readily answer. We get a lot of threads about Netplay, so we're just trying to reduce the amount of redundant threads.
