Got that compile error down. One more (hopefully) to go but I posted about it in the dev section.

Anyone using linux, have you noticed performance hits/benefits over Windows?
Although I haven't used a 64-bit Windows version on the rig in my sig, I haven't noticed anything that would be considered a "performance hit", just infrequent, minor drops (e.g. 1~5 FPS here and there, depends on the game and if LLE is in use). I've optimized my build during compilation too. My experience only extends to a handful of GC games I've tested, but it's largely been full-speed for me. Of course Dolphin's OpenGL plugin is slower than DX9 and DX11, but if it's fast enough for you, it's not really an issue.
