I don't think so
Nvidia Gtx 580M -> it's a laptop
LLE requires i5 2500k @ 4.0-4.4Ghz
really? that sounds a little overkill for windwaker even if its LLE
From my point of view 4.0-4.4 is overkill for this specific game.
Which lle do I use? There are 2. Interpreter and recompiler (I think)
My laptop is msi gt783r with i7 2760qm. Max clock 3.5 6mb cache. I would Answer the debate on whether it can handle lle but I'm having the issue of dolphin not being bundled with it due to copyright. Any info on how to get it? I have a gc so legal method's just fine. What file do I need and how do I get it? There probably a million threads on this so feel free to ignore.
You have to check DSP LLE Recompiler if you want to use DSP LLE. The Interpreter is too slow.

Read
this thread about how you can copy the files from your console. It's not really noob-friendly atm, but the
Dolphin Wiki is slightly more descriptive on that matter.
Also, don't mistake the files attached in the first post to be the DSP files; they're not. That's just the DSPSpy program that runs on your console. That's what copies the real files you want.
Lle fixed it. Thanks
Speed issue.
The slower lle stutters a little. However the faster lle is perfect generally. It is only slightly stutterish on action scenes such as when first boss is putting the volcano piece back where it originally is. (off his head) frameskip 1 generally reduces it. Any ideas for a little extra speed up? Or can I just switch lle and hle ingame?

Nice to hear the good news that it solved your problem.
As for the slightly stutter it depends on how perfect you want this experience to be.
If you could live with some occasional mild slowdowns then stick with DSP LLE.
If you don't want the slowdowns you could always switch back to HLE, but preferably after you saved the game and restarted it with the new changes.

If we're gonna be nitpicky yeah, but there is still a difference between LLE Recompiler and LLE Interpreter though.
I definitely could live with it because I hate wind waker grafix. The flame effect ruins the visuals and even hle isn't perfect, it crackles. So absolutely I could live with it but I would like to emulate it as accurately as possible. I read on a thread just now that some audio sync option reduces it. I don't know what it's called but I know where the option is. It's the lle thread below regarding a delay.
You mean Audio Throttle, right? Yeah, it's worth a try.
btw: You could also try XAudio2 as audio backend.
I forgot about the interpreter, so shall correct my sentence to: There's only one useful/useable LLE.
