Intel Celeron? You can't be serious...

Lets see well I don' think that the cpu is going to be good enough :/. Like I have a AMD Phenom II X4 955 @3.20GHz and my gpu is Nvidia GeForce GT 430 - I also have 8GB of ram. I've tried running games like Super Smash Bros. Melee (game cube game) and my system still stutters every so often... Paper Mario Thousand Year Door? I've played that and it does not seem that graphically intense so you might be able to play it but I doubt on full speed... basically you're looking at a slide show with choppy audio (at best).
I see...
What is wrong is your computer is too weak to play most games... I mean you could get them to run but it would be very slow and sort of unplayable.
Quote:Look around before you create a thread. This applies especially to the "Will my PC be powerful enough to run Dolphin?" type of threads. You're expected to figure out that Dolphin needs a pretty powerful CPU to handle Dolphin on your own; if you come around and create a thread asking if your Pentium 4 will handle Super Mario Galaxy, your thread will be merciless closed.

Intel Celeron is weaker than Pentium 4 -> I reported this thread Wink @Mods: Pls close
Anyone gonna try to answer the OP's question? Wink

Check out the Dolphin Wiki for Paper Mario: TTYD. It has some options that will help you play the game with fewer problems. Also, it appears a number of issues have been resolved with recent builds, so you might be better off with something newer than 3.0.

But looking at your hardware specs, you won't do well with Dolphin performance. 2.2GHz is pretty low, and your integrated graphics from Intel will slow you do on all but some of the lowest graphical settings.

I know your thread was just reopened, but I'm going to have to close it again. Your computer's far too weak for Dolphin's requirements, and you could have found that out from searching. That's just the rules here.
