I'm sorry, I thought I did that already?... I know about the operating system (windows 7) and I have a Acer (Intel Celeron) but I'm not sure about the "gpu" and the "ram"...

Your specs are not filled out properly in your profile, you don't seem to know what Dolphin build you're using. You say 3.0, but you're talking about settings not in 3.0. You haven't mentioned anything about the games you want to play. You were linked twice to the thread you needed to read and you didn't bother to look at it...
