2 gigs of 3333mhz ram and
an ati graphics mobilty radeon hd 4250

can I run games Sad

Oh god no, not even close. Your cpu and gpu are both way too slow.

Well you CAN, but you probably wouldn't want to Tongue

All games will run at slow-mo. Not worth it.
