Please fix your grammar. I can barely understand any of that.
Does lowering IR boost your performance and if so by how much?
Have you checked to see if it's throttling?
Are your drivers up to date?
At 1x IR with no AA how fast are these games running?
I am not english by native, im going my best please forgive grammar.
I was running internal resolotion auto window size, wouldnt that make the internal res 1920x1080 on my 60ES8000? chaning to 1.5x or 2x or all that made minimal difference i think. i did not try the higest as it was already unplayable
see if whats throttling? my video card? and still i thoguht my CPU was most important and it a latest gen i7
i have the latest ATI driver and windows updates and things
1x internal resolution them seem to be running at capped fps but its hard to tell tbh.
I think maybe my problem is some of the settings in the check boxes in general/enhancement/hack/advanced ? never can tell what is correct.
,,,,,,---- oh also i was trying Okami and red steel 2 and both of them have severe issues (okami cant paint, it turns white and cant see anything) and red steel wont even really start... but that might could be my problem ripping the disc. they were my first ones trying to rip off my disk into my computer and i could have done it wrong cause my other games at least mostly seem to work althought slow. s
Which game are you trying and what fps are you getting at each internal resolution?
Skyward Sword, for example, is in the low 20s most of the time.
I choose my settings based on the thread that Naturalviolence made there -
https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-minimum-specs-video-card
Internal resolution is Auto Window Size and ive also tried 3x like that thread says for my card class
Anti aliasing 4x would be nice because ists still jaggy... but that makes it so slow that its a slide show
Ansotrophic is 16x
Please note- I choose my video card for adapter, I just accidentally changed it when I took the screen shot to my integrated by accident.

Ahem:
NaturalViolence Wrote:what fps are you getting at each internal resolution?
You didn't answer my question. Try 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x with no AA.
1x res gets me fps cap in Skyward, new mario and galaxy mario. 2x has huge slowdowns in all games but is mostly ok... so about 20ish fps in skyward, 30ish in new mario, and really low at like 15 in galaxy. 3x is half fps at best, totally unplayable. no aa at any.
Check to see if the GPU is throttling.
