Uhm silly question, have you installed the latest nvidia drivers? Seems to me the only reason it won't show up, is if the correct drivers aren't installed.

I have the most up to date drivers. v 295.73
I could install the beta drivers of course, but I didn't see a reason to.
E: Forcing it to use my GT555M seems to have fixed it. On basic settings I'm getting a consistent 30 FPS so it's all running very smoothly!
Thanks for the help, much appreciated. This is a vast improvement. I could probably even push the graphics further
