If you have crashes no matter what game you are playing, it could be hardware related. I would recommend running some stress testing applications like Prime95 or Memtest86+ to check stability. Also, it could be caused by something you have running in the background, although I don't believe there are any known software conflicts.
hmm... well its just weird that only Dolphin crashes. I have rainmeter running really.. i gues i can try one of those you suggested.. maybie it just hates me?
32-bit version?
no im using the 64 bit version. still dont know why its crashing :/
Try the 32-Bit version.
k il try the 32 bit. seems like the only option. is there any difference betwen the 2? will i still be able to run the game at a decent resolution?
32 bit can be slower, and works better with JITIL than JIT.
well so far its been 30 mins on the 64bit. on tales of symphonia. and i changed the fullscreen resolution to 1280x720 and no crash yet. il repost if it crashes
So its been some months since ive used the emulator. upgraded to the 64bit 3.0-766 and still getting the random crashes. dont have anything running besides a gpu temp monitor program (msi afterburner) nothing overclocked. dont know what to do. this is getting annoying :/ anyone have any new suggestions?
In Tales of Symphonia? Did you try the "JITIL experimental Recompiler"? How often do you get crashes?
