Yo Molecular if you really want to play this game you should try PCSX2 0.9.7 beta.
I have been testing the game out and i finally managed to get the game to play nicely as you can see from my pics the game is emulated far better than dolphin and it plays wonderful!

you will need the following:
PCSX2 0.9.7 beta - http://pcsx2.net/downloads.php?p=publicbeta (grab the full installer)
PS2 bios
the simpsons game(PAL) for ps2

if you need any help please let me no, this may seem off topic but its seems dolphin developers arent worried much about fixing its current state so i did some research and managed to play the game with no probs.shoot me a PM if you need details

Try Dolphin r3.0-151 and see if the texture are fixed like in Superman Shadow of Apokolips...
