I think I have a problem here:
I haven't messed with the files at all, I was just playing and it said I couldn't save after beating a level. (If you can't tell, this is Super Mario Sunshine.) I'm using Dolphine 3.0 and I have no idea how this works, tell me if you need more info.
Have you set the Memory card to Slot A?

Yup. Looks like it.
Edit: Looks like I just needed to restart the emulator. When I tried to go into the config to check the memory card, it crashed, and when I restarted it and looked it config it was fine. Good thing I had a save-state, that level I just did was incredibly annoying! Darn Chucksters!
Okay, then pls start Dolphin.exe with admin rights. Also be sure, that your Dolphin folder isn't located in C:\Program Files (if this is so, move the folder to the desktop)

Use latest it was fixed.
Same problem here, using the latest version. Was playing Pikmin and it won't save anymore. Same for The Wind Waker. It worked fine before, I didn't even touch the memory cards. Yes they are loaded like in the above picture. What do I do?
Which revision do you have?
Thanks for your time! I'm using 3.0-601.

I tried deleting the memory cards, and restarting from a savestate. For some reason, Pikmin doesn't work. It claims to be saving the game, but no yellow text appears in the top left to tell you the memory card has been accessed, and afterwards Zelda TWW complains about it being a corrupt memory card.
Did you use savestates a lot? Because they tend to mess things up.

Hi!
I guess I have a similar problem here:

I accidentely deleted my Zelda: Twilight Princess .iso for GC...
So I redownloaded it and opened it again in Dolphin. But now the emulator can't find any savegames of the game.
When I click on "Tools" and then on the "Memory Card Manager" in Dolphin and select "MemoryCardA.EUR",
I clearly see that there actually is a savegame of twilight princess.
I also set it to "Slot A".
Is it somehow possibel to "relink" the savegame to the iso or something like that?
Since i'm in the middle of the game I'd really appreciate your help.

Thanks alot in advance!
