I just started using Dolphin last night, version 3402 playing Skies of Arcadia, I was getting about 15-20 fps, then today when I went to play, it was around 5, I can't think of anything that has been changed, any ideas?

no, I have nothing else running; i have 4gigs ram, Intel® Core™ 2 Duo 2.4GHz, it runs everything else i've tried great
maybe you forgot IL vs non IL, maybe something is hogging resources, maybe your temperatures are too high... alot of things can change.
i had the same problem. It was my antivirus or some adobe shit that were updating, just wait fot about 30 mins
