What do you think about my video card?
too weak.

and your CPU too ._. Forget it, dude. Dolphin won't run well.
Well i am playing Tales of Symphonia it working fine but there is some slow part of the game it's minimal, i think i need a new video card nvidia 550 to 570 up. Thank you for your discouraging comment =).

Maybe this game run acceptable, but others won't. An Pentium CPU is outdated and not recommended for Dolphin.

No you don't...
You need an entire new PC. Even if you only get a 5xx GPU, you will be severely bottlenecked.

You're most likely using HLE then. What FPS are you getting?
Okay at-least nvidia 550 can play need for speed the run smoothly, anyway =) Yes i am using HLE, i am getting 60 in side of any house then when i go outside it's 50 fps then when i go to dungeon it's 40 fps LOL, when i am fighting 60 fps. So what Dolphin recommended for me? Fish? JDK ^_^
This isn't a pc game: the CPU does the work, and the GPU makes it look pretty. If you are going to bother spending money you'll see a much bigger improvement spending that money on a new motherboard and CPU.
My hint: P67/Z68 MoBo + Intel Core i5-2500k (overclock the beast to 4.4/4.5 GHz Big Grin) and a decent GPU (HD 6850/6870 or even better: HD 7850)

Ths is the ultimate Dolphin machine (yeah, i post this several times a day Tongue)

I hope my ultimate budget can handle it Smile I don't use AMD GPU. i prefer nvidia. Yes P67 Asus is quite good.
AMD GPUs are cheaper than Nvidia GPUs, but this don't mean that they're worse Wink
