Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I tried everything,
Downloaded the newest version of dolphin
Config->gamecube->port1-> standard controller
GCPad->pad1->Divies->Joystick[picked what I have]->refresh
played with the bottoms to set them in many random ways
checked if my pc up to date,
the game is working, but my keyboard and gamepad aren't
what's intresting that my space on the keyboard and mouse do work, other then that, whatever I click on the keyboard or on the joystick, nothing

PC:
AMD phenom™ II X4 995
Processor
3.21GHz. 3.0GB of RAM
System: Windows XP 32bit

Dolphin:
Tried running with Version 3.0 and then with 3.0-578 [32 bit]

You havent mapped any buttons for the pad, its still on the default mouse and keyboard, map the buttons and it should work

I did, mapped everything, and stick it wont work [yes the analog is turned on]

I heard that if it starts with this picture the keyboard wont work?

No, you're playing a wii game right? map the buttons for the emulated wiimote not the gcpad

Try Dolphin 3.0 or the newest git version.

Download 3.0-583 -> http://www.mediafire.com/?d81g15dc48j55 (these are my builds, 3.0-583 isn't in the download section of the forum. i think, mamario's Compiler bot is sleeping )

If you're able to map the controls then it must work ingame, meaning it maybe from the game, not the emulator, try a different game or redump the one you already have

Also try running the game and mapping the buttons whilst the game is running, keep looking at the wiimote window, try pressing a button, it should show a red light come up on the button you pressed, if the buttons lights up without it responding in the game then its a problem with the game
