Yeah I remember that time, I actually begged to be banned just because I was here all the time hence why I built up my post count so quickly.
I didn't thought I could come back so when I saw that my name wasn't crossed over like banned accounts are I decided to start post again.
I'm not quite as active as I was back last year but I like this place and all roads end up here eventually.
Dolphin wise I don't have to much to say at the moment. Everything seems to work as it should and I give sporadically thoughts, ideas and hunches.
I'm a weird guy and I like my place here, serious but also funny.

Now i have enough of the new games. Always too easy for me
Now i have started to play all my old games like Donkey Kong Country, Mario Kart 64 and so on. And i have to say: They are really harder than the games from today
long time ago (
), the gamers were apparently better and they seemed to have more endurance.

thats cause back in those days people would play a single game a whole weekend just to beat it. at least my brothers did and so have i on a few games

newer games are developed in order to beat them quickly. E.g. Super Mario 3D Land: I finished it in a week (100%). the same with Wii games such as New Super Mario Bros Wii, or Donkey Kond Country Returns.
100% counts today not so much as for... 10 years.

Isn't it like that today also?
I feel like that with new games. But since the games is a lot bigger today I need a full week instead of a tiny weekend to beat them at least on easy.

I have to say play time for most games isnt that much nowadays, most games have a play time of around 20-30 hours but that depends on how good you are and how often you play

Nowadays games are made to be visually impressive above all. Made to be sold and quickly beaten yes. Commercial reasons? Not sure (even if I tend to fairly think it is). Games are so technologically developed that we may admit a 100-hours-game isn't always possible
