Right-click your game in Dolphin -> Properties.
Now underneath at the video section, you'll see something called Watermark Tightness.
You'll have to keep increasing it by whatever value until it doesn't overflow.
Try 300 for example, play for a bit, if it still overflows, increase by another 100.
Some people might need up to 1000 to get it working.
