I don't know if it's me, but your builds seem to have problems with the banner files. (I've verified this by using the official v3.0-585 build and yours)
After the banner was downloaded and I reopen Dolphin, it crashes with a c0000005 access violation code when it scans for the games.
When I delete the banner file, Dolphin works fine again.
Could anyone verify this?
On the positive side, I did gain around 1~3FPS in the game(s) I've tried so far, so good job.
One minor suggestion though: when you rar the builds, don't put them in a folder. Have all the files in the root.
concerning the error: Yes, you're right. I get the same error... This could be a generell problem like this ->

One little question: What do you mean with "rar the builds"? Packing with 7zip? If yes, i prefer that all files are in a folder
If you unzip something in 7zip it automatically uses the selected folder as the root (unzipping zippedfolder.7z into downloads puts the contents of zippedfolder.7z into downloads/(files put here). If you do it with WinRar it makes a new folder with the name of the archive (the contents of zippedfolder.7z go to downloads/zippedfolder/(files put here).
If you use 7zip to archive, and winrar to unzip then this will give you 2 folders. If you unzip with 7zip you'll get one.
