The stutter in cutscenes happens for me whenever the framerate dips. For me, switching to EFB Copy to Texture during cutscenes fixed or vastly improved the cutscenes I have encountered so far. I haven't tried out Lectrode's builds with TLS, but I don't know why they would be different.
ok there is def somthing wierd going on. i just tested the lectrods build and the defenders3.0-589 tryd to make the settings identical and ran a test with the first movie cutseen after killing themini boss that breaks through the wall at the very bigging. and sure enough the cutseen runs perfectly on the lectrods but with defenders not only did the cutseen run with stutter audio but the voices were in a high pitch tone..somthing not right here. i have yet to get the cutseen to run smooth without crackled audio
Allright!
Happy to see my i5 2500k working in my new rig, I just downloaded the latest Intel favor-build of yours.
I did test it on Skyward Sword and Super Mario Galaxy: Skyward Sword works better on an older "vanilla"-build (3.0-577) using same settings everytime - I get sound stutters using LLE (with locked on thread and XAudio2), and FPS usually drops to 26-27 if I turn quick, lowering IR doesn't work, so it has something to do with the CPU part? Allthough your latest ICC-Build (3.0-589) works like the 3.0-577 vanilla. All in all I get better performance with the Intel as with the AMD, for obvious reasons.
For SMG I got some good news
Somehow I have less slowdowns with the favorIntel-Build (and with ICC too) as with the vanilla build. I use the settings posted in the wiki and DSP LLE everytime, so it works pretty nice now and it's playable for me! (No more FPS drops down to 45-48! I get constant FPS over 50 now, allthough I haven't progressed that far atm)
Good to hear, that my special build gave you a speed up at SMG
Although it isn't a good idea to post the same thing in 2 places.
*UPDATE* Again something for the fans of /favor:INTEL64
I compiled the latest Dolphin sourcecode with /O3 + /favor:INTEL64 optimizations. This build is only for users with x64-OS and x64-Intel-CPU. Happy testing

Huh...interesting. The 600 build seems to have music disabled. The DTK option under DSP isn't even there
edit: Oh, I see. The option was removed in one of the newer revisions because it was changed to always be on, but it seems there's some sort of problem with it.
