You have SpeedStep/EIST enabled? My guess is its checking the clockspeed during the underclocked to full speed transistion.

No it's not. Dolphin gets your CPU information from Windows, it does not measure it itself.
If you check your CPU speed at Computer -> Properties, you should also see it at stock clocks.
Don't worry about it.

Are you the person compiling the MAC builds for the newest versions of Dolphin available in the download section of the website?
If I'm mistaken I apologize, it's just that every MAC build from 3.0-584 to 3.0-589 has failed to open correctly for MAC.
I've downloaded them all and not one opens. I think they were not compiled correctly for MAC.
I appreciate all the effort that goes into the builds, and I really look forward to playing them for MAC soon.

no, i'm not person, LOL. I'm using Windows and therefore i'm not able to compile Mac Dolphin Builds.
