Maybe just try copying either just your NAND dump again, or your entire User folder. It could be just that you clicked no instead of yes or OK at some point.

Tried copying just my User folder or just my whole Wii folder, neither worked. the Nand dump is basically the entire Wii folder, so isn't that the same thing?
I was just thinking that at some point when it asked "are you sure you want to merge these folders" or "are you sure you want to overwrite this file you may have clicked either no or copy, but keep both files (one shall be named*insert name here*(1)). It isn't hard, and undoing clumsiness would be a much easier fix if it works than anything else.

I wish it was that simple.

What's the latest version, anyway? 4.3?
Of dolphin? It's 3.0-496. I'm wondering if you mistyped that, though, as you seem to have written a version number in the normal format earlier.

Hang on, after thinking for a while I realise that you probably mean the Wii system menu. I think it is 4.3, as mine is kept up to date, and is on 4.3. Unless they released a new one in the last 2 weeks, 4.3 is the newest.
