So your display is stretched while actual resolution value is smaller?

Yes,exactly like that. It's like playing in a window mode in 800x600(assumption) resolution and then maximized(not full screen) the window. The graphic will stretch according to my desktop size(1920x1080).GC games didn't have that problem with the r3404,only with wii games. In r3540,it still remains the same for wii and gc games start to have the resolution problem there where it will upscale to around 1440x880 and then strected to 1920x1080 res.I could tell the actual res by judging the window size when I've exited full screen where gc games will be take up my whole desktop in windowed mode while wii games will take up at about 800x600 windowed size.Is it just me who has this problem?TongueI'm using an nvidia card(8800gt)

I've did that already, clean extraction to a new folder and start from scratch.Still the same.
Try using this settings. Im using r3402 and my Graphic configuration is as below:

Native resolution - OFF
640 x 480
Keep Aspect Ratio - Everything OFF
Fullscreen, vsync, Real XFB, Render to main window - OFF
Auto Scale - ON

This works fine with me. Brawl runs on 640 x 480 windowed mode.
ok,i got zelda TP for wii to run beautifully using the projection hack.It looks super sharp now and high res.Actually i really do think somehow the depth of field and bloom like effects makes wii games looked low res and aliased.Could something be done about that? One problem arise with the control though with the hack on with zelda TP,the left and right seems to be inverted on the wii mote. How can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance for any help

Wait a minute. If I'm not mistaken, only the Wii version supports the 16:9 ratio. But here you're saying the opposite. I think that the GC version will have stretched sprites (and anything else that's not rasterised) if you're playing it in 1920x1080 but you probably didn't notice it. And graphically, they're exactly the same. There are only two differences, the support for widescreen ratio and the wiimote controls. So if you're not using the native resolution in both they should seem the same...

Actually, I believe the problem he's experiencing is completely different. I wouldn't really call it a bug though, as it's working exactly as Nintendo intended. The Wii renders the same non-mirrored overworld as the Gamecube version. The only difference is that the Wii uses a framebuffer to mirror the end result. The controls need to be mirrored as well to match. The reason he wasn't seeing the game in a higher resolution was because he was seeing the framebuffer, which isn't rendered at that higher resolution. He later managed to disable this framebuffer, but that meant he had to play the non-mirrored world with mirrored controls.

Well I don't know the technical thingies thereTongue but i do think somehow it's quite correct.I applied the zelda twilight princess bloom hack to the game and the graphic became sharp and the movement control(left and right) is inverted.I'm using the real wii mote and nunchuck btw.The control went back to normal when the bloom hack is disabled.

One more thing is,i found that keyboard button 3 press will adjust the graphics sharpness in 3 levels.Revision 3404 displays the most beautiful graphic with wii games while the later revision still not up to it(still looks kinda rough and blurry). With this,i think that it may be rendered at correct chosen resolution but something makes it looks blurred and rough. The "roughness" can be adjusted with the keyboard 3 button but each revisions gives different results with rev 3404 being the best.
