I can't get default iso to work in Dolphin... both Wii menu says no disc inserted as well as Gecko OS... any setting for this?

There is a workaround though. Start up Gecko OS and then go to "file -> change disc" and then click the iso. This is the only way I know how to fix it.

Yeah it works now, I can boot the game in Gecko. But the codes doesn't work. When I go to Gecko settings, and choose save settings, it says no SD card found (it is checked in the emu settings).

That's weird. Do you guys mean that Dolphin isn't allowing you to set the game as default iso? What revision are you guys using? It's working fine for me on 3.5.
As for the SD, open it with Winimage and see if it's not corrupted or missing anything (if Winimage is able to open it, it should be fine). Also make sure the SD isn't in anyway open when running the game. Sometimes Winimage gets annoying and doesn't properly close the SD, forcing you to restart the pc.
Also, I just realized you can put a gecko OS wad in the Wii folder and you can launch it without needing to use file>open. I don't know how I never noticed before, considering that the emulator itself says you can do that...

Ok now even the SD card is working! But I'm getting this error in Gecko 1931:
Codes Error: Too Many Codes
4566 Lines Found, 424 Lines Allowed.
This was using the gct from the project M installation:/
Edit: I may have found the problem (testing)
Edit2: Yay it works (but crashed in my first battle)

It's strange that GeckoOS would refuse to apply all the codes. Do you have the "gameconfig.txt" file in the root of your SD? I think you may need to re-download the mod if this doesn't work.

Yo, Echoes, have you tried the latest build with the new AX-HLE fixes? are you having problems with the audio or is it just me?

I followed the instructions on the first page of the thread but when open the bool.elf it loads the regular super smash brawl not project m.
When I open the bool.elf I get the screen saying GECKO OS, Project M and the menu with the option Launch game etc but when I select launch game it loads up the regular brawl game, can anyone help?
I followed the instructions to the letter, using dolphin version 3.5 on windows 7
