You can however, hold down the tab key to temporarily release the FPS limit and if your PC is fast enough, the game should play as fast as your PC can handle it.

Theres a gecko code for the Re:0 archives edition that skips the doors. There might be one for REmake, not sure though. check wiird.com

AR codes or Gecko codes.
There's a cheat for that. Just go to your game properties and enable the code and voila no more doors. Just a black screen for a few seconds instead of a boring door opening. I know how you feel about it, the nostalgia effect but after a while you get tired of it.

Removing the doors' loading screens from the classic Resident Evils is an aberration. It would be the same as replacing the "S" in Superman's chest with the hammer and the sickle, do not you think so?
