Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Usually Dolphin is faster than PCSX2, but I'd say your CPU is a bit on the slow side. Your GPU should be sufficient if you don't need much anti-aliasing. Basically you should download it and see for yourself.
