I'm getting much better speeds at only 2.2GHz with the HD6650 at 2.5xIR. That's only at 2.2, if I was at 2.7, forget it. That 6520G is slowing you down.
Huh? Can you please install GPU Observer to check, if the 6650m is active?
The HD6650 is being used, that's why I'm getting better speeds. Your 6520G is your bottleneck. Lower the IR to 1x and check your speeds.
Speed 200... that's strange. Why my laptop won't use the 6470m? I have a Hp Probook 4535s. I want to see that with my own eyes. Can I get a screenshot of your GPU-Observer (or AMD System Monitor), please? Thanks. Maybe it's a HP-problem.

Thank you. Seems that this is a "HP-Exclusive Feature"

On my HP laptop my dedicated graphics card don't work on DX9
Lol , 6470m is the same as 6520G , Nvidia GT 520M
Those GPU are low-end graphic (class 3 on notebookcheck.net)
That's why no difference in speed if you switch 6520G to 6470M
AMD 6650M is a mid-range GPU (class 2 on notebookcheck.net) , it has double memory bandwidth compare to yours

I know. But it is about the principle. And the 6470m contains dedicated memory so dolphin will be run a little bit faster. And it CAN'T switch to the 6470m because of a horrible bug. Take a look at my screenshots.
For the record, I'm running the HD6720G2, which is the discrete HD6650M+HD6520G in crossfire.
