Well to each his own.
Anyway, I can now say that I find wii games on a pc better now my bluetooth has arrived.
Anyway, are we talking off topically because we have fixed the op's problem, or have we got distracted? We need to make sure that the bugfix takes priority.

that will never happen with only complaining about it... on this forum
You have a point, we aren't going to do stuff just because I said to.
Anyway, I have looked, and it seems the OP's only current problem is that the wiimote disconnects part way through the game, but he seems to be gone, so it doesn't really matter.
I still have problem, my wiimote disconnects in all games with motion plus and only in zelda I can get it working.
Actually it disconnects in all games, but in not-motion-plus ones promlem solves with 1 - 2 recconections.
You weren't the op, but we'll try to help you anyway.
Here's all the advice that I know of:
Bluetooth adapted plugged into front of case.
Fresh WiiMote batteries
Use Microsoft Stack. If this doesn't work use toshiba.
Use only genuine remotes.
Try to see if you get the same problem when using the remote with the wii. If it affects both the wiimote is broken, not dolphin.
Meddle with revisions, as some are broken, or just use 3.0.
If these don't help you, then I can't help you.
I don't have genuine wiimote nither wii, anyting else I have tryed(
Try and borrow one, if possible. Other than that, try meddling with "alternate Wiimote timings" etc.
