DirectX11 does not load custom textures correctly. Use DirectX9 instead.
I understand that, though I was under the impression some people couldn't get Dx11 to be stable. It does work with Dx9. but sometimes the audio is really choppy. Is there a fix or workaround for this?

there is a fix for this, there is a custom build for the HLE audio.

This doesn't work with 7719m version, which the best build for this game. I tried many settings, it doesn't load the new textures.
I tried all different version and it all work, but I got "DSI Exception in stmw" so I can't play the game with new textures T_T
texcache-rewrite doesn't support custom textures. There's no way to fix that. It's what you have to pay for using unsupported builds.
I wonder if there is anyway to replace armor texture?
I really like the silver Ether Frame Fiora came with, but the stats simply just too low, I would really love it to replace it over the speed V frame.
Out of all the armor, I think that silver set look the best with elegant design.

You will be able to replace the textures if the model is the same, if the armor model is different then you will manually have to remap it, and depending on how big the difference is, it might not look that good
Is it possible to change the texture of Riki's eye and mouth? they look really bad on hi res...
