Thanks in advance for your answers and explanations. Have I understood correctly? The sensor bar is only required for the cursor. The Motion Plus will only transmit movements (horizontal sword slash, etc.). The problem is that my TV don't have a USB input. I could also use a converter (USB to wall socket), right?
E: I don't find any USB versions of it. Is there a converter for it? Wii cable to wall socket?
No, the USB option is just to power it. It requires modification of a non-USB sensor bar to make it USB compatible, and the reason for using USB in the first place is that you have a computer running dolphin, and the computer has USB ports, so you can power the bar without a Wii present.
The bar is only required for the cursor.
The motion plus only detects motion.
If you are going to be using mains supply to power the bar, you will probably find it easier to get a transformer which outputs 7.5 to 12V, and adapting the bar to accept power from it by soldering the ends of the transformer's output to the inside of the Wii bar.
Unfortunately I am not familiar with electrical engineering. I made a picture to describe the situation better. Point 1 shows my TV. Point 2 shows my PC. I connected the TV via HDMI to my graphics card. It all works so far. So I want to play on TV. No problem so far. This means that the sensor muste be located near the TV, right? That's my problem. I have no way to provide the sensor bar with electricity. Can I buy a sensor bar somewhere with USB? Best would be Amazon or Ebay.

Either buy a wii bar and a long enough usb lead to reach your computer, or buy a wireless one.
If you live in the UK I can tell you exactly what to buy from Amazon if you are willing to solder and give you perfect step by step instructions, but otherwise the items may differ in your region.
If you are willing to use many, many batteries, or regularly recharge NiMH cells, then just buy a wireless bar, although it will turn out more expensive in the long run.
If this isn't clear just tell me: Do you have a soldering iron and solder.
Answer that and I will tell you your best bet, although I am guessing you won't have one.
Sorry, I had some problems with the Internet. My Wiimote has now arrived and I have some problems with it. I have an onboard Bluetooth adapter (ASUS P8P67) and have installed the necessary drivers. In Windows, it has already recognized the Wiimote. In Dolphin, I went into the settings and have "real Wiimote" selected. Then I press "Connect" and dolphin did not recognize the wiimote. Only after a few tries, and pressing some buttons on the wiimote, dolphin has shown me that the wiimote is connected. Now when I start a game (super mario galaxy or something) then he does not recognize a single keystroke. If I now go back into the settings and press the refresh button, he shows me 0 Wiimotes connected.
Because of the sensor bar: I can get some help from a friend of mine, but thank you!

No; strictly speaking, it's not related to the drive. It's a software / firmware issue.
Even if you have one of the drives prople trade as "supported", you can't just put the disc in and read it.
Meddle with it and try it with several games. Also, bear in mind that you won't get anything out of it unless it vibrated when you clicked OK on the WiiMote config and has one light lit up. Type me in in the search bar, and in one of the threads I am in I have fixed WiiMote problems. In that thread I typed everything you could possibly try to fix it.
Yeah thank you. I found your topic. I restarted my PC and now the Wiimote does not lose it's connection after some seconds, there is one light lit up and the Wiimote rumbles when it gets connected. But there is no reaction ingame. When I start a game, a message box pops up and says that I should hit the A button, but nothing happens

Try it on at least two builds (such as 3.0 and the most recent build). If they both don't work then it's most likely something you missed in the settings. It may even be something as obvious as changing emulated Wiimote to real Wiimote in the settings. Also try it on a variety of games, in case it is just one that has a problem.
