hello wanted to ask if my PC meets the requirements for playing dolphin or qe part of my pc I need to change, thanks for replying
my pc:
porcesador: amd x2 atlhon porsessor 245 2.95ghz
RAM: 2GB
Video card: 512mb ati radeon hd 4670
window 7 x32bits

You can use Dolphin, but the performance will be very poor and unpleasant.
You're better off saving for something better.

Out of curiosity which games did you have in mind attempt playing?
im try to play madworld and zelda tlight princess and sonic colours
I don't know about Mad World or Sonic Colours but Twilight Princess on that PC is out of the question.
I can get random slowdowns even on my Sandy Bridge i7 system but for the most part it's Hyrule Field related.

Basically everything needs to change.
I'd stick with the Wii in the mean time and save up some serious dough to do a complete upgrade on every parts.
You're gonna need power, raw power enable to run Dolphin satisfyingly.
