my Poiner is pulsating/vibration on the Screen
its not much, but enjoying sometimes...
could that be a wire Problem (Noise?)
or not enough power?
I had this, I was given the advice to use the front usb port of the computer. Apparently there is some great interference back there. Try the front ports.

Sorry, I had been misinformed elsewhere. However I have got a wired one, and my USB lead finally arrived today. I've got my (3rd party) one to work just by bypassing the resistors completely. It had a 120 Ohm resistor for each bank of 3 LEDs, and I used an online calculator to work out that at this level I'd only need 3 Ohms after the drop from 12V to 5V, so I couldn't be bothered with any resistance (which may not be recommendable, but hey, the bar was only £3). It works at a nice brightness (measured with my phone's camera) without any resistance and hasn't blown up (yet). All I need to do is solder it, and replace my Bluetooth, as the £1 dongle I ordered was a dud.
Okay, thanks for the explanation.
It is now clear for me!
Many Thanks,
Rik
AnyOldName3, you more then likely will be ok if it is only one during game play. I would not leave that thing on all the time. Eventually the LED's will die unless you are with in normal operation parameters. Since its 3rd party, you never know.
Meh, I don't really care if they die. If they go one at a time I'll bride the gap with something with similar resistance until it is truly dead, then I'll buy another one or some more LEDs. Anyway, when it dies it will be more likely that I do something stupid and break it myself.
I decided in the end to do it properly, measuring the voltage drawn by the whole thing, and by three LEDs etc. to calculate that I needed 8 Ohms per bank of three. I then discovered that the closest I had was 12 Ohms, and was then advised that diodes could be used for such a low resistance.
hey back to this, would it work with regular leds ? for example white once?, i played without a bar on dolphin untill the sensor stopped reacting and i googled and i figured out why, i had 3 halogen spots on the celling but the trafo died so couldnt turn it on and so the wiimote did not saw any lights for the cursor to move, so i tought since it react to light maby white leds will do to, ofcourse i had to aim the wiimote to the celling for it to react
