The file you mentioned, the first attachment in the linked thread I assume, is a program called DSPSpy. You need to run it from the Wii Homebrew Channel. That will dump the DSP files.

The DSP files are copyrighted, so we can't distribute them online (just like games), but nothing's stopping you from pulling the files yourself, and that what DSPSpy is for.

Not exactly, you can run it WITHOUT the homebrew channel, but you still have to use letter bomb or something, what you can do is replace the boot.dol from the homebrew channel with the one from DSPSpy and I believe it will work Wink this is nice for people who whan the DSP files, but don't want to hack their wii.
