JPCSP has long had the ability to decrypt games on the fly. You don't need a PSP to decrypt it for you anymore. It's not just for pirates, although such a feature certainly makes it easier for them. It's just one less step legitimate users need to take in order to enjoy their PSP games on their PCs.
They have gotten way far than they used to be alteast

Regardless of the amount of space that the game actually takes up on the disk single layer blu-ray disks are 25GB and dual layer blu-ray disks are 50GB. Most PS3 games use single layer disks but some use dual layer disks.

1. Processing power is difficult to measure, certain architectures are better and worse at different things
2. It could be 10x, it could be 100x, it could be 1,000x
3. The amount of processing power needed will ultimately depend heavily on how the emulator is structured and what types of differences in hardware exist between the host and emulated system.

You're overlooking several things that I'm not going to bother pointing out. Let's just say it's not quite that simple. The PS3s architecture has pros and cons, just because a game properly takes advantage of the architecture does not mean it will look better than the xbox360 version, it might look better or worse.
