These are documented already on the wiki and in the corresponding game thread, but there haven't been any real suggested fixes in either place to the issues.

Specifically, in all recent builds, there's two/three major persistent graphical errors, which seem to result from how Dolphin handles rendering water reflections in the game, by a persistent offset. This issue has been solved for other games using patches and whatnot and in the iterations of the Dolphin builds, but are there any particular solutions and/or applicable patches that would solve the issues for Endless Ocean 2?
I went ahead and submitted the information to the Google Code issues list.

The core of it seems to come down to how the game calculates its artificial "diffraction ratio", or rather, how the emulator approximates it with Endless Ocean's water simulation. The diffraction simulation is much "stronger" than it should be. I am not entirely sure what that'd come down to an issue with in terms of the emulation.
