WRONG!
internal resolution only has an affect on the GPU...
LLE only on the CPU...
there is no fps gain decreasing the IR while using LLE... (if gpu can handle the IR)
if you gain FPS... than your GPU is weak..
Internal Resolution affects the amount of memory bandwidth needed by Dolphin when EFB to RAM is used. Lower Internal Resolution uses less memory bandwidth and faster overall speed.
IR also affects performance with EFB to texture because when performing an EFB copy, the CPU needs to wait for the GPU to flush its pipeline, effectively slowing down the GPU thread if the GPU is too slow (and in turn might slow down the CPU thread, depending on how the game logic handles heavy GPU load).

SS isn't a dev. He also didn't say anything along the lines "It was decided by the developers that Dolphin won't have this.", he just gave a possible reason for a claim that was done by someone else.
Also, just because I say I won't add sth like Game Profiles again doesn't mean "it was decided by the developers that Dolphin won't have this".
Well, you are a Dev and that sounded like a decision, summing it up to SS's statement and as I though it would sound rude to say "neobrain decided Dolphin wont have this" I said that
I was trying to make it sound generic, sorry
"Neobrain doesn't care about implementing this" is a better way of saying it I think.
