Never mind. I figured out that the video card and hdd are dead. That marks 3 things that are dead in my shipment.

Intel CPU only like Nvidia GPU and Intel SSD *just kidding*

actually, i think that one of my friends broke it the mobo, as he was helping me install the backplate screws and he wasnt wearing a antistatic wrist thingy. Plus the gfx card was left out on the tiled floor for like a week while i replaced my mobo

Yeah, we get it. You screwed it all up yourself on the install and then blamed it on the parts being broken. Nice.
