to me it sounds like motherboard or psu failure.
if it was the cpu,ram or anything else fans should be spinning and the pc would be doing nothing.
Thnx for the help, I rma'd the mobo, so I'll see if it's the psu or the mobo.
So I got the mobo back, installed everything, and it still won't boot. Should I RMA the psu?

Do you have a PSU you could take from another computer to test perhaps?
No, unless you count a 220 watt psu that will probably explode as soon as I start up the computer with it hooked up.

Boy am I glad I don't have to build anything soon. I remember that I forgot connect the power switch one time and man was I pissed that the rig didn't start only to find out next morning that all I had to do was connect that specific cord.
