Yeah, downloading games is against the rules. If you don't know what "dumping" and "redumping" are, we're going to assume you've downloaded your game(s). Most guides on out there use that terminology extensively.
You could just be someone who had their sibling do all of the dumping for you and are totally clueless. But we have no way of knowing that. In any case, search the forums or use Google for "dumping", it's not that hard. Either way, the thread has been answered.
