All of the people that replied to my post: Did you read my post.... I mean at all? I didn't say anything bad about it, I said I would come back to it when it's reliable.

Starscream : Thank you for actually reading my post. Intellect is scarce on the internet these days.

Parlane : If you consider a user error to be : random loss of the wii remote when im a foot away from the receiver every 5-10 minutes or Loading a game I've played on dolphin already and well... it just doesn't feel like playing today, then sure.

Xeda : Did I say I expected it to be perfect? Didn't think so, so that comment was useless. Oh, and "right away"? The emulator has been around for quite a while now, so it is no longer "right away"

scummos : "If you own the console and care about easy, why do you even *think* about using an emulator?" The games look much nicer on pc. Why try if I want easy? Well, I thought this might be easy. Not do things the same way the second, and third time and for some reason, unknown to everyone, it doesn't work anymore.

Whoever closed my post : .................................

Now I never said anything bad about dolphin. It's pretty cool, It just caused more aggravation than fun... for now I mean. I got most of my games to work at one time or another but, it was never easy, and it was very on and off. I might try it out some more some other time.

Thanks for not reading, as you will most likely do again. Except Starscream.
Funnily enough, the moderator logs don't mention any mod closing your thread... ;P

Lol, really? That's.... well, odd.
Ugh sorry, MyBB apparently was messing up time zones. Billiard was the one closing your thread, for whatever reason.

Have you ever asked for help with wiimote? Tried alternate wiimote timing option in games?

What happened with the game that worked one day and not the next?
Why are you posting again? Two threads declaring your intent to stop using Dolphin.
Stop and be done with it.

As I said you would, you didn't read my post.... seriously?

Parlane : Alternate wiimote timing option? Now I haven't heard of that before, whats that?
I'm pretty sure the wiimote itself works fine, It only disconnects on the two super mario galaxy games and twilight princess. But it does almost constantly. It also only disconnects from dolphin, It stays connected in my bluetooth menu. It also never has any problem staying connected to the wii. I have tried putting new batteries in the remote.

As for the games that work one day and not the next. Twilight Princess again is a pain here. I'll get to my saves screen and it will just lock up, and do nothing until I alt-tab, or ctrl-alt-del and close it. Esc does nothing in game. It also does this with Smash Bros Brawl. Not at the save screen though, just before the title menu is where I have my problem with it.

The strange thing is though, if I wait a few hours or until the next day, It will sometimes work. Its just on and off.

neobrain Big Grinamn that Billiard!! Nah, just kidding. He probably thought I was trash talking dolphin and didn't want to start a flame war.

Alternate wiimote timing, it's a bit of a msytery to me. I've seen it recommended when people talk about wiimote disconnecting. it's a per game setting though? Have to right click the game and disable/enable it.

I myself have never had too many issues with wiimote disconnecting. Only when I don't touch it.
Ok, I might check that out later. I've had the remote disconnect when I leave it alone too, but that is expected. I'll just be playing a game and I stop moving then the "press A without touching anything" message pops up.
